Zontro provides professional on-site machine servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and technical support at the customer’s location.

Service Charges

* Customers are responsible for transportation, accommodation (if required), and service-related expenses.
* Service charges may vary depending on machine type, location, and service requirements.
* Any damaged or faulty spare parts requiring replacement will be charged separately.

Warranty Service

* Machines under the official warranty period are eligible for free service support.
* If any part covered under warranty becomes defective due to manufacturing faults, Zontro will provide the replacement part free of charge according to warranty terms.

Non-Warranty Service

* After the warranty period expires, service charges and spare parts costs will be applicable.
* All replacement parts will be billed separately based on current market prices.

Important Notes

* Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper operation, accidents, electrical faults, unauthorized modifications, or negligence.
* Customers must follow the recommended machine operation and maintenance guidelines.
* Service schedules are subject to engineer availability and location.
